বায়ো-নেমাসিস হল অণুজীব প্যাসিলোমাইসিস লিলাসিনাস নামক উপকারী ছত্রাক সমৃদ্ধ জৈব বালাইনাশক, যা সকল ধরনের নেমাটোড দমনে অত্যন্ত কার্যকরী। গাছের কৃমি বা নেমাটোড দমনে অত্যন্ত কার্যকরী।
কার্যপদ্ধতিঃ
প্যাসিলোমাইসিস লিলাসিনাস যখন সংস্পর্শে আসে তখন ফাঙ্গাল হাইফি সিস্টকে সম্পূর্ণভাবে ঘিরে ফেলে। পরবর্তীতে হাইফিগুলোও মোটা হতে থাকে। নেমাটোডের শরীর এর বাইরের কাইটিন এবং প্যাসিলোমাইসিস লিলাসিনাস ফাঙ্গাস এর রাসায়নিক ক্রিয়া এর প্রভাবে নেমাটোডের সিস্ট আবরণ ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত হয় এবং এই ফাঙ্গাস নেমাটোড এবং সিস্ট ভেদ করে ভিতরে ঢুকে পড়ে এবং মেরেফেলে।
মিশ্রণযোগ্যতাঃ কীটনাশকের সাথে মিশ্রণযোগ্য।
ব্যবহার বিধিঃ
৩ কেজি বায়ো নেমাসিস জৈব সারের সাথে মিশিয়ে জমিতে ছিটিয়ে দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মাটির সাথে মিশিয়ে দিতে হবে। প্রয়োগের পর হালকা সেচ দিতে হবে।

Methodology : Fungal hyphae completely surround the cyst when exposed to Paecilomyces lilacinus. Later the hyphae also become thicker. The cyst coating of the nematode is degraded by the chemical action of chitin on the outer body of the nematode and the fungus Paecilomyces lilacinus and this fungus penetrates the nematode and the cyst and kills it.
Dosage : Mix 3 kg of Bio Nemesis with organic fertilizer and sprinkle it on the ground and mix it well with the soil. Light irrigation should be given after application.
